- What Happens In A
Regression Therapy Session?
Sessions begin with gentle guidance into a relaxed, meditative state (sometimes using light hypnosis or deep breathing). You remain conscious and aware, yet open to inner images. I guide you with open-ended prompts, without assuming any agenda. The aim is to let your subconscious mind bring forth whatever scene is most meaningful right now. Many clients describe the experience as “like watching a movie” – you observe past-life scenes play out, often from a third-person perspective.
Your safety and readiness are paramount. This work is very safe and gentle and the unconscious mind allows the person to go as deeply and as far as they need to go. Throughout, I help you interpret symbols and emotions. We focus on what you feel and learn, not on verifying facts. In other words, even if an image is a metaphor or fiction, it can still hold true guidance. We honor whatever arises, and gently unpack its meaning together.

- Frequently Asked
Questions
-
Do I have to believe in past lives? Not at all. Whether or not you’re spiritually inclined, this process can bring insight. The key is openness. People of all backgrounds (even skeptics) often find that experiences surface naturally, much like unearthing a forgotten memory.
-
What is it like during the session? You’ll be lying down, guided into deep relaxation. You stay awake but alert. Many describe feeling completely safe, like watching an inner movie. The experience is usually very calm. In fact, a seasoned therapist says people rarely get violent or horrible memories because the subconscious mind always knows how to handle what is revealed.
-
What if I see something scary or confusing? We go very gently. If intense imagery arises, I guide you with care, reassuring you that you are in control. Often, a frightening scene may turn out to be symbolic. One helpful perspective is to treat every image as just a story or symbol, not literal fact. When you allow it to be “just a story,” you can safely learn its wisdom without feeling personally at risk.
-
How is this different from hypnosis or meditation?Past Life Regression is actually a form of hypnosis-like guidance, but our approach is highly intuitive. We don’t use fixed scripts or force suggestions. Instead, we follow the subconscious content that emerges. There is no harsh interrogating – your own inner mind takes the lead. Many clients feel it’s more fluid and creative than typical hypnosis. We simply help quiet your inner critic and allow the deeper mind to speak through images and feelings.
-
How can I tell what I see is meaningful? The main guide is how it feels. Even if a scene seems fantastical, what matters is the emotion or message it carries. When regression is allowed to unfold freely, the content – whether a “real” past life or a metaphor – can keep giving wisdom over time.. You don’t have to ‘prove’ its reality. Instead, we work together to interpret it in the context of your life.
-
Will I remember the session?Yes. Most people remember vivid details immediately afterward. Some insights may deepen later, too. Afterward, it helps to journal, meditate or simply sit with any emotions that arose. I provide time for discussion and integration so you can carry forward the healing.
-
How soon will I feel the results? Many people feel a sense of relief, clarity or empowerment right after their first session. For deep-seated issues, insights can continue unfolding in the days and weeks that follow.
