  • How do I know which therapy I need?
    If you're unsure, that's completely okay. You can send me a message describing what you're currently going through. I’ll help you choose the therapy that best supports where you are right now.
  • Do you offer online sessions?
    Yes, all of my sessions are offered online as well. You can join from wherever you are. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
  • How many sessions I would attend?
    That really depends on your personal journey. My packages include 3 sessions by default because that’s usually the minimum it takes to create meaningful and lasting shifts. While some people start to feel a difference after the first session, real transformation tends to unfold over time. We’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.
  • Can I reschedule my session?
    Absolutely. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email or by reaching out to me directly.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are fully refundable. If it’s within 24 hours, the session is non-refundable as that time is reserved especially for you.
  • Can I cancel after attending the first session?
    No, once the first session of a package has been attended, the package is considered in progress and is non-refundable. I encourage you to reach out with any questions before booking to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

    For online sessions:
    Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure your device is fully charged or plugged in, and that you have a stable internet connection. Wearing headphones can help you stay more focused. Keep some water nearby, and try to log in a few minutes early to settle in.

    For in-person sessions:
    Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself before we begin. Wear something comfortable. Most importantly, come with an open heart and mind, ready to receive whatever is meant for you in that moment.
